I belong to a local Somerset club ( Burnham on Sea). We are a small but friendly club with a common interest in WWII. We have the advantage of permanent club room which means no rush to pack up at the end of an evening. We have available 24ft of superb 20mm terrain which just seems to go on growing!
Other main periods are ECW, Napoleonics, Dark Ages, various womblehammer flavours, Spearhead, Gladiators and many more in our collective lofts.
We are currently developing a large scale Aztec/Conquistador Skirmish game in 28mm and 28mm Isandlwhana, again on a grand scale.
We are increasing our presence at local shows, our main event being Wargames South at Bovington.

These show a recent Kursk 20mm game. The terrain is about 16ft and fully interchangeable. The Panthers were about as effective here as they were in reality, these have fallen prey to concealed 76.2�s, understandably the Sdkfz 222�s are sheltering in the �balka�. We have yet to find a set of rules that are neither too complicated or too simplified, so we�ve adapted our own to deal with company sized games.
